TDEE question

I am trying to figure TDEE out....My TDEE calculated is 2353 (this is based on light activity level) so then TDEE - 20% would be 1882. Also, my BMR is 1603. So my TDEE - 20% of 1882 should I eat back my excerise calories? I am trying to get in 6 workouts per week and burn at least 500 calories. On some days I will work out much more and burn about 800+. So with my TDEE - 20% = 1882 and if I burn 800 calories that would only have me netting about 1000 calories per day. I am not sure what I should be netting and or if I should be eating back my excerise calories back.

Any and all help would be great...thanks in advance.

With TDEE you do not eat exercise cals back as they should be figured into your activity level when you calculated TDEE. However, if you're burnning 500-800 cals, so much that your net is dropping below BMR, you may need to refigure at a higher activity level. Or, take a smaller cut from your TDEE, maybe 10-15% rather than 20%.

How much do you have to lose?

I have about 50-70 pounds more to loose. I have already lost 20 pounds thus far.

Ok, so a 20% cut should be good, but if you can't keep up with the net cals, you either need to just eat more to meet your goal, or cut back on the exercise so your burns aren't so high. What do you do for exercise?
