I can't do meat for breakfast unless it's bacon.
I love adding nuts to my regular morning fuel, though, as an easy protein boost and healthy fat to elevate my mood. This morning I had my usual protein/oatmeal/banana with walnuts added to help with inflammation issues I've been having with my joints.
ETA: I'm a runner, and this morning I am sore recovering from a weekend of running mostly hills. I still killed my 3.5mile run, as if I hadn't pushed my workouts this weekend.0 -

Used to, but lately I have mostly been making a green smoothie, with some protein and then having nuts later in the day .....
Might go back to it in a couple of weeks.
Worked well for me - I was definitely well satiated, and could easily go through to lunch on 100 grams of protein and about 15 almonds0 -

I eat almost nothing but meat, cheese, eggs and almonds. I've lost about 50lbs total, recomped a lot and can now run 10k and do 50 pull ups.0

Your great results from heavy intake of meat and nuts has ALMOST made a believer out of me. Still not results enough for me to switch.0 -
