So since I started I have been making it my goal to eat under the calorie limit and not eat what a burn, easier said then done, now i'm seeing and hearing this is the wrong way to go about this. That I should be trying to eat my full days calories plus what I burn? Thoughts experiences on what works best? Thanks.

Depends... when you calculated your daily calorie goal, did you factor in exercise? If so, then no you don't need to eat them back. If not, then yes you should.

This! This is what has worked for me. I was doing exactly what you are currently doing, and was not losing weight. Once I did this...and upped my calories, it is much easier to lose the weight..has made all the difference in the world.
