suggestions??

I am trying to find low impact exercises due to a knee injury from a few years ago. I try to jog and it goes well some days and other days my knee just kills me! I do zumba too but again some days are good some not so good. Any suggestions on what I can do that won't kill my knee and that will help me lose weight?? Thanks in advance!
