What should I add?

I have been doing the elliptical every day since Tuesday. I am planning on working out 6 days a week for 20-30 minutes and then taking Sundays off. Should I alternate inbetween the elliptical and something else every other day? If so what? I work out at home but I could pick up some stuff at the store to do at home. I need to shed major pounds & tone my whole body more.

I also do the elliptical, typically 2x a week. In addition, I walk at least 2x a week. Have recently started a yoga class, but when I am home have some 3 and 5 pound weights, so I can do some strength training with my arms. Definitely try to mix it up and find things that YOU enjoy as that will ensure you greater success. Lots of great DVD's out there for cardio workouts too.0
