The Biggest Fat Loss Mistakes and much more

I found this gem of an interview with PhD, natural professional bodybuilder and powerlifter Layne Norton and thought I'd share it for those of you who are interested in what the research shows is effective as opposed to what pseudoscience and broscience enthusiasts like to feed you.

Description:

Rohan interviews Layne Norton on: the Biggest Fat Loss Mistake, Preserving Muscle, Dangers of Too Much Cardio, How to Go From Fat to Shredded, Tips for Picking a Trainer,
The Future of Fitness & More.

You're very welcome! I figured this would help a lot of people who don't have time for hours of cardio but think they need it in order to keep dropping bodyfat. Working smarter and not necessarily harder or longer is typically a major advantage.
