I feel insanely guilt?

Today I was working out, I did 54 minutes of walking and burned 561 calories and did 8 minutes of running and burned 81 calories. I then did a 5 minute weight warm up and 10 minute lower body workout. I have enough time to do a 40 minute cardio, ab, and weight training exercise, but I didn't. I just feel bad because I did it before and feel like I'm doing something wrong by not doing it. I decided to do it every Friday because it's before the weekend so I'll feel more motivated since I'l have 2 days of rest, but I still feel bad.
Also sorry it says insanely guilt, I meant guilty, woops.

Sounds like you had a thorough workout - 77 minutes long. You should feel good about yourself. Unless you're training for something specific (marathon, competition ect) it's not necessary to workout for 2 + hours at a time. If you like working out for that long go for it. But it's not a necessary for good health and fitness.0 -
Thanks, I feel better now, I felt worn out before I exercised because of school, I guess I'll do the extra 40 minutes every Friday. ^^0

How long did it take you to loose the 16lbs? were you working out for 70 mins a day? everyday?0

Many of us go through that. Just ensure that in the future you do what you are able to and pick up any slack on the next day. No need to feel guilty, we have the rest of our lives to keep up the hard work. Good Luck!!!0

It took me 6 weeks, but no, I just started to work out 70 minutes a day last week. I was doing 30-50 before :].0 -
54 minutes of walking and 600 calories? Were you pretty much straining yourself to walk?0
