Can it be counting for the daily water intake???

I've been told yes.......and in the past I have counted it as water. some flavors can even be watered down further and still taste good so those even more so. Iced tea I find need to be drank full strength.
I also like the lipton tea blends and they are lower in calories, citrus tea is my all time favorite!!0 -
Oh yes, but I have heard to not just drink that all day. The artificial sweetner in some people can trigger wanting sweets. So be careful.. I myself am trying to stay away from all that.. I am a Splenda addict and I googled that and found some websites that really scared me.. My friend has been trying to tell me this for years and I finally checked it out..0

I count them, mostly because the water here tastes pretty bad. I also drink them as 1 package/1 L of water. I have a water bottle that I carry around and keep the crystal lights in my desk drawer. I still add the packets to my diary as they do have a few calories.0
