What do you think about my workout program?

Hi guys, I have been using myfitnesspal time to time for a year but this is my first post here.

I'm exercising 3 times a week.

I run 5 km's in 30 minutes first, then do weight training for 45 minutes. After that 20 minutes of cardio again.

With this exercise regimen, I take about 1300 calories per day.

Is this training program good in your opinion? If not, what do you recomend?

    You eat 1300 calories aday? Doesn't sound like enough. Check you TDEE and BMR etc. Wish I could run 5km in 30 minutes :(

    My goal is lose weight first and -if I can- gain muscles in the meantime. At least don't lose my existing muscles.
