Hi,

I have just joined MFP in order to keep track of what am eating. I have a plan set up and know what am eating, aiming for 50%protein, 30%carbs and 20%fats to match my new training plan.

If anyone would like to follow my journey, please add me :) I will be posting motivation pics etc to keep going!

Does anyone else have similar breakdowns?

My goal is to drop 2 dress sizes, lose weight and tone up!
