I had stir fry chicken... Oddly satisfying since I eat it once a week. What did you have for dinner?

I think we will have
chicken curry
spinach and cottage cheese curry
rice
kids will have bread all well0 -
Eggplant with fat free pepperjack cheese, a little pepperoni, and an even smaller amount of bacon. For some reason, eggplant is a thousand times better with a little bacon. Also, many steamed carrots.
I'm going to have to eat the leftover pork chop from last night's dinner just to add calories, however.0 -
extra lean ground turkey, mixed with tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, peppers ( sweet and hot) ,portabello mushroom, onion and of course garlic. Sprinkled with basil and oregano. All served over steamed spaghetti squash. So yummy!!0
