Should I be paying attention to carb/fat/protein ratios?

Hey all. I'm new here and this is the first time I have tracked my eating in this meticulous sort of way, but I do know what foods seem to work for my body and what foods don't (both in terms of weight loss and in terms of feeling good and healthy). In looking at the ratios on the tracker, I am surprised by what percentage of my calories seem to come from fat. I generally eat (somewhat) low carb because I feel better when I cut out gluten and rely on mostly on veggies as a source or carbs with some fruits, legumes and grains like quinoa. I'm also mostly vegetarian so I can't possibly eat huge amounts of protein (though I do exceed the recommended amounts). What kills me is that once i account for the olive oil i use for cooking and salad dressing + the 1/2 avocado i eat daily, my fat consumption dominates, let alone if i have a few nuts or anything else with fat in it.. I could easily cut back on fat-heavy foods, but, considering I mostly eat vegetables, I don't know how to get enough calories unless I continue to eat a lot of fat. If I am eating healthy foods and hitting my daily calorie goal, should i worry about this breakdown? I am concerned with overall health in addition to weight loss. I made my food log public if that makes a difference, but I've only logged a few days so far.

I personal would help an eye on the how much fat saying that most of the fats you eat are good fats, (avo, nuts etc) I'd keep doing what you are , if you find you platao I would then cut back on the fats

    kee up the good work
