At what point will feel good after being at the Gym?

I think it really depends a lot on what activity you are used to and what intensity you are capable of. It took months before I could get any sort of good feeling from jogging, but it was easier for me with swimming or fencing. I've never been good at running, but I've been swimming frequently since I was little.0

I always thought that "you feel good after a workout" was all BS. But i'm a convert. After I work out i feel like crackhead with a shopping cart filled up with copper!
