    I'm on day 11...just got done with 110 squats and tomorrow is a much needed rest day.

    day 11 but I'm doing deadlifts with weight because of my knees. I'd like to see before and afters myself :)

I myself am at day 7 level-1. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Sorry I thought you meant 30 day shred. You meant 30 day squat challenge.

    I started doing this by accident as I just started doing squats. I've jumped to 17 as I did 2 at 50, 2 at 100, then straight onto 150. I'm hoping to lose inches.

    I have 230 to do today. I didn't take pictures, but I can feel and see the difference! I have a nice bum! hahah

    That seems awfully redundant to me. I think I'd have to have variations on squats to do anything close to that, and I imagine my knees would be screaming. Think I'll have to stick with some cross training. Kudos to you all for giving it a go!

    I am halfway through the challenge and I have noticed a difference so far. Rounder and smoother overall...will have a picture in 15 days!!

    I was doing the 30 Day Squat Challenge, but then I sprained my ankle!! Haha, hoping to start back up with it soon enough. I would like seeing a difference.

    I'm on day 22 - 185 squats today! Let me tell you... I'm sore while I'm doing it. Not feeling it as much, but I have noticed a more rounded bottom :wink: I will try to get pics posted after day 30!
