Hello all, I am 54 next birthday and after starting another prevention medication
I decided to dig deep and get help. My doctor created a health management plan
which included an exercise physiologist who suggested myfitnesspal.com (MFP)
to support my exercise programme. I have used WWs many times to pull back the kilos
as the tracking food intake and physical activity brought better results.
MFP has similar components to track but mostly I love that it is free!
