    Day 10: 80 crunches. Note: from now on, on the advice of my trainer, I am doing bicycle crunches for this challenge, rather than regular crunches.

    I'm curious to know why your trainer recommends bicycle crunches instead? is there an added benefit? I just started this challenge 6/1.
    She said that regular crunches just work the upper abs, whereas bicycle are working more areas. I don't need to tone my upper abs at all so...

    6/16 Day 4... Rest Oops, I didn't check the schedule and I did 35. Oh well, I'll be sure to rest on the next rest day.

    Im gonna try it... is there a specific way to do a bicycle crunch other than beginning in your typical starting position and bringing your knees to you chest?
