Am I eating enough calories? BMR/weight plateau question!

Okay i'll try to make this as short as possible! I'm 133 and 4'9(i'm very small!) I have lost 55 pounds just by counting calories and I would only do it in the summer. The only time I exercised was last summer which was running for half an hour. I finally started working out to Jillian Michaels videos and have stuck to it for 2 months so i'm getting about half an hour of exercise. When I started I would eat 1200 like I used to and ate back my exercise calories and saw no results on the scale so I started going to 1500 to 1200 every other day and that also didn't work. I stopped worrying about it since I lost a lot of inches but i'm still stuck at 133. I'm currently eating 1420 calories so i'm wondering am I eating too little or too much?
I exercise everyday and my BMR with no exercise is 1752
BMR at lightly active: 1823
BMR at moderately active: 2103
I'm not sure what 30 minutes everyday would be considered? I also heard to lose weight you subtract that number by 500 and i'm not even sure if those numbers are right? I'm so confused about how much I should be eating since i've been at a plateau for 2 months so I would appreciate the help! Thank you for reading!

It is so much harder to lose weight when you are close to your goal. You are probably building muscle and changing your body. Keep it up, you won't regret it when you see the results in the mirror! I'd keep eating the 1400 a day and exercising. Give it more time.0

It appears that your body has gotten used to what you've been doing & are stabilizing. So, if you want change, change it up, maybe workout longer. Doing something different, whether it's a different kind of exercise or longer, should "unstuck" your progress.
When I was seeing the scale not move, I changed my water intake, reduced the sodium level to 1500-2000 mg/day, upped my potassium by eating more veggies. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, too. I think the amount of calories you are eating are fine, eat a min of 1200 cal/day.0 -

You're right slow change is better than no change!0
