Day 21 of squat challenge, knees are shot!

I know I'm gonna catch flack for poor technique, but come on, up to 200 squats! And bad knees/feet in the first place. Don't wanna stop - seeing great progress! But don't wanna cripple myself either...

    Do you have to do them all at once? I do 10 then do something else, then back to squats. Doing it that way, I can do 100 pretty easily. I do martial art kicks inbetween normally. Just try to keep good form push through the pain. Your mind gives up before your body. :wink:

    I agree break them up! you don't have to do it though out the day but even doing some and taking a 30 second break
