Hi everyone, I actually joined this site a few months ago but then never used it so I am here to give it a go again. I have a long road ahead of me and just trying to take it one pound at a time. I finally broke down an ordered a exercise bike tonight I have put it off for the last year and so now its time to get in gear and do right. I hope to find positive support on this site to help keep my butt on track. I am excited to finally start my new adventure I am sure it will have its ups and downs but I know through gods strength and positive encouragement I will finally be the healthy woman I was meant to be.

    Have no doubt that it'll be tough, but just remember you won't lose unless you quit. Congrats on taking that first step! Now let's beast this and take it with patience and time :) Good luck!
