Breast feeding and losing weight help...

Sorry its a long post. Ok so little but of history here, I have 4 children smallest is 12 weeks and have always gone up and down with my weight. I was at my heaviest after my 3rd and got to almost 15.5 stone. I managed to lose about 3.5 of that eith mfp and felt tons better. I did put a bit on again but not too much but then got pregnant again with number 4. Luckily didn't gain too much and I am back down to pre pregnancy now but obviously with more around the stomach area. I am ebf and don't want to stop so although ideally I still want to lose at least 2 stone I don't want to cut down too drastically so it affects my milk. I use my fitness pal to log my calories and have started to use striiv app to log my daily activity which I set at mostly sedentary. This way it gives me 1200 calories plus any I earn through striiv. Usually a couple more 100. If I then add breastfeeding in it gives me around 1900 cals to eat this seems a lot and I don't feel like I'm losing any weight on it. Sorry for the long essay but if anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful. Oh and I also try and walk at least 3 times a week, run once and play netball once and I'm doing a squat challenge.

i dont think 1900 is too much when you're breastfeeding. try it for 6 weeks, if you dont lose lower your cals slightly.0
