hi everyone! i'm dee and im new to this site. i've been using the mobile app for 2days now and never really thought i'd start counting calories. unlike maybe most of the members here, i'm struggling to gain weight. i believed that if i just keep on eating healthy foods i'd be able to consume 2,500 calories per day. not much have changed so i thought maybe i'll count calories just to be sure that i'm hitting my goal, and to my dismay i found out that my usual eating pattern is way below my target. with the help of the app i'd be able to monitor my food intake and make necessary changes. i never thought this kind of app really helps. long way to go but i'm happy to be here.

i'm also learning. i don't like counting calories cause i find it very taxing. now there's an easy way so i'll give it a try.0
