I've been using the app for a while but relatively new to the online community. I'm looking for motivational friends and people in need of motivation!!

Looking to start the 30 Day Squat Challenge on May 1st, anyone wanting to join me or wanting support add me up!!

    Here is a cool Challenge that I run called the "keeping it green while eating challenge.
    It is really simple and is a fun community.
    You can join anytime during the month and I will either adjust the goal or we can "backfill"

    Many of the people in this challenge are involved in 2 or 3 other challenges.

    It is like a "buffet" - put a few different challenges on the plate depending on the need.
