Found something which keeps me filled for a really long time.
2% organic milk (a cup or slightly less)
60-70 gram of shreddies
7-9 brazil nuts
All in a bowl and tuck in. Keeps me going for ages. Also, I'll have to be switching nuts as no one wants selenium poisoning.
What are your go to breakfast ideas (no oatmeal)?
