AHA!!! I knew it...there is NO WAY 3 cups of cantaloupe is 450 calories...turns out I should have searched melons....WHEW!!!! thank goodness I have enough calories left for dinner!!!

    LOL!!! I hate it when that happens :happy: Better that way though than finding out what you thought was only 50 calories was 500!!!

    I just pulled it up on MFP, and it has cantaloupe at 60 calories per cup.--I come up with 240 calories for 4 cups.

    Don't freak out!

    OMG, I love melons!!!! I can eat my weight in them. Come summer, bring on the canalope, honeydew and watermelon......

    There are times in the summer, it is so hot, all I do is eat fruit and ya know what, I loose a lot of weight....

    Go figure....
