I was wondering how many left iver calrories for the day would be considered too much? For example if at the end of the day I still have 1000 something calories left (the number is that high because Training for Muay Thai is not nly super intense but almost a whole day affair so It gives me a lot of exercise calories) is that okay or is that too big? What would be a healthy and acceptable left over for the day calories number? Any help given would be greatly appreciated

I would say a couple of hundred, but i would also say it depends on the amount of your daily calorie allowance, and how often you have a huge amount left over like that.0

with calories, I try to be within 100 calories of my goal, so 2 figure numbers over or under I don't fuss about.
with macros, I'm aiming for pretty close, maybe 20g either way.
undereating can lead to health problems, I don't know why it's seen by some as more acceptable than overeating.0 -
I would say it depends how many calories in total you do eat and how many you burn, but I'm not an expert! As long as you're full and have the energy to do the exercise you're doing, and are seeing the results you want to then keep doing what you're doing! If you start to stall on any of that, then up the calorie intake maybe!0

If its only every once in a while, I'd say a few hundred is okay. Your deficit is already built in here, so anything below your goal is even more deficit which isn't good for you if you constantly do it.0

I'd say it depends on the longer term trends. If it's a once in a blue moon that you're under by 1000 calories, don't sweat it too much, and allow yourself to eat most of the extra calories through the week. (I did this last week - 1000 calories under on Monday, but I was over 300 calories on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday so it balances out overall)
If you're under by 500 or more calories more regularly, then I'd seriously be looking at eating more - they may be exercise calories, but your body needs proper fuel to sustain the exercise levels.
My general rule of thumb is no more than 200 under, or 100 over and I'm quite happy. Anything outside of that range and it's cause for concern, one way or the other. Of course YMMV.0
