I'm thinking of getting the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred because I've read a lot of great reviews for it. I have been walking on my treadmill for an hour a day and would like to bump it up a notch with this workout. I have two questions: 1) Would you recommend this workout? 2) Is there a way to log it in to my exercise diary? (I tried to log it to see how it would calculate the calorie burn and it didn't find any results).

You don't even need to buy it - all 3 levels are free on youtube :-) I am just about to start Level 3 so I have been at this 20 days.

I took measurements and photos before I started and after 15 days I had lost 7 inches all over (check my display pic for specific area loss) and 3lbs!

This is worth doing, it is brilliant! Your body will ache after day 1 but after 4/5 days it will be ok - push through :-)

    Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days & Level 3 for 10 days.

I used 1kg weights for Level 1, 1.5kg weights for Level 2 and half way through Level 3 I will try and move upto 2kg!

Good luck and feel free to add me anyone! x

Thank you so much! I will be doing this for sure. Also, thank you for letting me know about it being on youtube. That's a penny saver. ;)

I love 30DS!! I use it as a rainy day work out when I am stuck inside. I log it as circuit. Good luck with the program!!

Before I bought the video I rented it from the library.

Thank you! I just sampled it from Youtube. I have one word. WOW! I only did about 5 minutes of it and my muscles are still mad at me. Lol. Hope I can stick with this... :embarassed:

Hey, I was thinking the same thing of starting this, and my question forgive me for having a blonde moment, it is just do level one for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days, there isn't variation of the 20 mins per level, just the same workout each day???

    Thanks!
