Healthy food. Killer Heart Burn

Does any one else find they get heart burn from Healthier food, for example If I eat banana's Porridge or yoghurt or drink fruit tea, I get the worst Heart Burn, yet I could eat greasy or spicy food all day and be fine!

    Everyone's digestive system is different. If your new healthier foods are spicier you may be sensitive to some of the spices. I'm sensitive to milk products and acidic foods like peppers and onions. Pay attention for a while and you'll be able to sort it out.

    I was thinking maybe its could be a milk/ dairy thing with it being with yoghurt and porridge with milk but then its not because I can have tea with milk in or coffee or different cereal with milk and be fine, strange body of mine!
