New but not new to MFP

Hello all,

I have used MFP app for about 5 months so not really new to that. I have never been to the forums before and I love it so far. The encouragement and motivation is what everyone needs. There is always something to learn about nutrition and the human body and I am all about reading all of it. I made a New Years resolution and have kept it to date.

In 4 months I have lost 56lbs and my new goal weight is 180lbs, currently 195lbs. I lost the majority of the weight to be able to start the Insanity workout and I am going into Day 4 Month 1. So far just a little sore but pushing hard. I have never been in a public setting such as the pool or beach without a shirt on. I would love to see ab muscles for the first time in my life and be ready for my vacation in South Florida in July.

My strengths are motivation, knowledge, and determination. My weakness is self esteem (always seeing the fat guy) and BEER! lol

I am open to new friends, active people, and people with advice and experiences I could benefit from.
