Today marks my 50th pound lost...

...and re-induction into the 160s. I haven't been in the 160s since I was back in England. Of course, back then, it was '11 stone something'.

go out side right now and yell "woo hoo" at the top of your lungs!
    Well done:smile:
when I reach my 50# loss I shall think of you and do the same :flowerforyou:
your mentioning England brings up all sorts of memories - parents from England, and all the sweets I have come to love. A trip across the pond this summer will present some challenges - fish and chips, steak and kidney pie - me oh my, not to mention the cruise around the british isles....................... I know - moderation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • That has got to feel GREAT! Congratulations!

One day soon your little girl will be a bit larger and you will be smaller and she will just wrap her arms all the way around and hug the stuffing out of Dad!
