Is the amount of sugar per day right?

So according to the app, my daily sugar limit is 36 (gr? or what?).
By eating just one apple I'm way over half of that, and having a coffee with 4 gr. of brown sugar makes me go past the limit already.

Am I really having too much sugar in my daily diet or is the app way too unforgiving?

  • I have been wondering the same. Even without eating ANY "junk food", and trying to limit the sugary fruit, I am waaaaaay surpassing the sugar limits every day! (often before dinnertime!)
