Any trainers or nutritionist willing to help?

Hello,
I was intrigued by a friends recent change in diet and food tracking.. She is working with a personal trainer in a facility so obviously has someone setting her goals for her. I was curious. Any ideas or suggestions on what I can set my own goals at for myself based on my weight, height, activity level while cutting out all grains, having limited dairy and focusing more on my proteins, fat and carb intake.

Here is an example of her goals. Same height and weight as I am . Cal 2183 protein 191 Fat 109 Carbs 109 exercise goal 60 minutes daily 440 cal burned.

Believe me I do not pretend to know what I am talking about.. but even if you have suggestions on what type of program and research I might look into.
