What is it, why do we get it, and how do you get rid of it !

You retain water when you consume too much sodium. The only way to get rid of it is to drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. I am dealing with this as we speak!0

Water Retention. When your sodium is too high it can trigger your body to retain water. The best way to get rid of it is to lower your sodium intake, increase your water intake and exercise. When you exercise particularly hard your muscles can retain a certain amount of fluid - but again, drink a lot of water and eat right and it will even out.0

me too, its a real pita. Use lemon in your water, its supposed to help.0
