How to make up for binge week

My maintenance is at 1200. Last week I overate 4 days of the week, I had 1800, 1500, 2000, and 2400, so I call it a binge week. After the 2000 calorie binge on Saturday, I woke up lean looking on Sunday. I think my weight was 105. I felt so great I ate even more. After Sunday's 2400, I was 107 lbs on Monday morning and bloated as heck. I ate 700 calories on Monday and today, I woke up 105 lbs and "medium" lean looking today. should I just forget about the 2400 calories surplus I had last week since I'm back at my regular weight?

    How long have you been dieting, and how many calories are you eating daily?

    I normally eat at maintenance now, but I'll have a week or 2 a year of 300-500 over maintenance, a "break" from the normal diet, and it doesn't affect my weight at all. Yeah I see the couple pounds of bloat but it goes away in a day or 2.
