I keep exceeding my daily limit on proteins. Is this a problem?

MFP's recommendation is on the low side, around 15% of your daily calories. I've personally changed mine, I aim for double that, 30%. So no, its not a problem.

You really can't eat to much protein or fiber I usually eat around around 65grams of protein a day and 50grams of Fiber a day. I've read thats a good amount for a very active person. But you also shouldn't increase your intake to fast, do it slowly other wise you'll notice abdominal discomfort.

All of the goals on MFP are for you to reach. They're not a goal to stay under. The goals are what your body needs.

depends on type of active and your weight. 65g would be on the low side regaqrdless though. Thats more a sedentary value. (the actual value for sedentary people is .4g/lbs) Once you get active, that value gets as high as .8g/lbs rda.
