Eating a litte over your calories

Can eating like 10 calories over your daily calories effect your diet?
or
eating a few calories less than your daily calories effect you diet?

    I find it difficult to get the EXACT number. In fact it maybe impossible, lol depends.

    I go over or stay under my 1200 limit all the time and I am still losing.

    So no, It won't affect it.

    no - you really have to think of it more as a calorie range - I can go about 50 -100 calories over a few times a week and not notice a difference - I can also go about 100 - 200 calories under and a few times a week and not notice a difference. So I am allowed about 1400 calories before exercise and I usually try to aim between 1300 and 1500 - or a little higher if I exercise. Make sense?

    The things I usually try to watch is to never allow myself to go below 1200 - for me that usually leads to binging, and to never go above 1600 because then I usually end up feeling too full and uncomfortable and sluggish. You have to find the range thats good for you. Good Luck!

    I'm guessing you've had more than one day below your calorie goal? These things balance, as long as you're not going 500-1000 calories over (okay maybe the very odd special occasion) then you're fine.

    If you feel guilty do 1 minute of step ups or something :)
