Do you get bloated when you drinketh of the beer?

I've noticed that my face sometimes appears rounder when I am drinking beer regularly. I thought it was just the the calories but since becoming an MFP addict I've often come in way under my calorie goal despite the beer and still had that round, puffy look. Anybody know what causes it? Salt causes you to retain water, but most beers have no sodium in them at all.
