so I have a question... If my daily calorie intake is 1200 and I want to lose 30 lbs, and say I exercise and burn 350 calories, does that mean I am suppose to eat another 350 calories? I ask this because everyday it tells me I am eating too few calories? Please help I am very confused on the whole BMR thing and how many calories I am suppose to burn to lose the weight I want.

You can but not necessary. Cardio is just another form to reduce calories. Your daily intake to lose your desired weight is 1200 and you added another negative 350. Just means you'd be 350 less at the end of the week. I mainly use cardio to cut more into my caloric deficit.0

It's based on personal preference but I eat back all the calories I burnt as I'm in a caloric deficit in the first place... No point in further limiting your daily nutrient intake when you barely get enough to begin with! :happy:0
