Hello!
I'm Virginia, i'm in my mid-twenties and I log in from Milan, Italy. I never liked my body, and I already managed to lose more than 30 kilos, though I still don't like what I see in the mirror.
Lately, thanks to a friend, I've started riding my bike - I thought I was not very good at it, and I was completely wrong - and that dramatically changed me, somehow. I wanna do sport now, I want to be fit.
So, I started the 30ds. Jillian has been killing me for 14 days now, I'm almost in the middle of it and I'm starting to be able to do pushups!
Now I really want to control my diet as well, trying to stay in my goal: 1400 cal per day. I really hope My Fitness Pal will help me!

    hows it goin 25 from utah and bikes are great for losing weight...you know the saying cars run on money and make you fat while bikes run on fat and save you money haha

    My fitness pal REALLY helps you control them calories stay in the form here too it will keep your mind off food. :)
