What was my excuse for not going to the gym again??

So for the past few months i've been going to the gym 5 days a week. I must say, that's the longest i've ever gone consecutively. I usually start, go gung-ho for a few weeks, then one week, then a few days and then i'm back on the couch, snacking on nothing good for me, and hating myself for giving up. Well this changed!
First, I got a gym partner, who holds me accountable, and I for her. We work out, and mix up our routines. Its awesome, and that was just for starters.
One day at the gym last week, my attitude changed.
I saw a sweet little 70 year old man come into the gym carrying his little oxgyen tank. 70 years old!! Oxygen tank!! WOW, that was amazing to me. This sweet little old man, needing help to breathe day to day to survive, wants to work out and keep strong. And here I am, perfectly able to breathe with ease, and i'm complaining about being there.
Well if that doesn't blow your hair back, it gets better.
After seeing this, i decide to kick it up a notch and do some strength training. And then I saw her. A little gal about 7 months pregnant, working out. 7 months!! And still working out! Okay, i'll admit, i may look like i'm 7 months, but I am so not pregnant. Just overweight.
Here is my point, I am perfectly able to work out. I am healthy, just overweight. There's nothing wrong with me. So what was my excuse for not going to the gym?
Whatever you are doing, keep it up. If you're not doing something, then start. Doesn't matter what it is, so long as you are active. Start small, and build up. Be creative, mix up your work outs, make them fun. You can do this, WE can do this.
Love ya!
