I am finally at my goal weight and need to build muscle (to fill the hanging skin). I would like to target my abs and butt. Does anyone have ideas for workouts for me? Also, I lack motivation. How do you find your motivation to work out daily?

i have nothing else to do for my lunch break (an hour). planks for abs. not sure on butt - running has made mine smaller.0
