My New Accountability Tool

I'm not looking to drop a ton of weight, just 10 lbs. What I really need is a place to be accountable for my unhealthy eating habits. Somedays I eat nothing and other days I have 3,000 calorie binges. Hopefully this will help me be more consistant with eating proper, healthy meals and encourage me to work out and push myself harder.

  • Keeping an open food diary will let other people encourage you as well as slap your hand once in a while ;) lol

    I think my food diary is open. Some days it's hard to log all the damage I've done.

    Myfitnesspal.com is a great tool for logging foods and even fitness. It helped me to lose over 40 pounds so far ;)
