Adjustments on calorie calculator

I use the roadmap method/scooby calculator to calculate my and my wifes calories/macros.
However, when I set it I had it at a weight loss of 20% but both of us are only 3kg off our ideal bmi. Although we eat to our goals and train hard both of us haven't lost weight in a while.
Have I set the percentage on the calculate too high and should we be eating more?
Me - 30 years old /166cm/70kg (67kg) - 2100 daily cals (net+avg workout)
Her - 33 years old/154cm/57kg (ideal 54kg) - 1600 daily cals (net+avg workout)

How often do you exercise and what did you use as your multiplier?0

I do a P90X/Insanity hybrid so work out 5 days a week 45mins - 1 hour
My wife does Chalene Extreme/Turbofire Hybrid and works out 25 - 55mins 4 - 5 days a week.
We both walk 7km to work at a decent pace and back 4-5 times a week.
My multiplier on scooby calculator was 20% working out sedentary (we work office jobs) but working out 3 - 5 hours a week.0
