This polarized attitude sinks many a ship because of it sets the stage for failure. Dogmatic dieting does damage! So do you eat a small slice of your son's birthday cake or your daughter's school baking project and live somewhat of a normal life or do you decline to stay on your diet NO MATTER WHAT the consequences and why? Does the dogmatic diet seem to be the only way you can function or are you Ms. Loosey Goosey sunshine and equally ineffective? What's your story?
