I have changed my eating habits and life style. I have been loosing slowly for the last 14 months. I'm happy with the 67 lbs I have lost, I still have a ways to go. at least 33 lbs, but probably 10-15 lbs after that. I feel like I loose slowly anyway. I walk or ride my bike 6 days a week for 45 minutes. I eat 1200 calories a day. Please no," you've got to eat more" etc. I have tried and steadly gained instead of loosing. After lab work my doctor prescribed Estrogen-Methylestos hs tab. My labs showed my hormone level was very bad. My question, the paper work shows possible weight gain. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't want to put any back on. I have come so far to have something else work against me.
