Hungry all the time

Hi,

While I'm not new to eating healthy or losing/gaining weight, I am sort of stuck with what to do. I am almost always over my calorie goal. Frusterating!
I am ALWAYS hungry. In the past when I was on a healthy track, I would get pretty full with veggies and fruits, the differance was I would also have meat. I am eating very little meat at this time (personal choice) and this is the first time I have go 90% vegetarian.

Feel free to take a look at my log and give me some pointers. I know the past 2 days specefically have been bad (womens issues, LOL).

    I'm interested in the advice others will give you. I'll get the most often given one out of the way for them... Drink as much water as you can before, during and after meals! :)

    yup, trying very hard to get on 6-8 cups daily. Sometimes I forget to log water so I am trying to get better at that.
