Saying hello!

Hi! I'm a 19 year old Brit who's in desperate need of motivation to get into shape. I lost 30lbs and got down to 145lbs last year, but I've put almost all the weight I lost back on, so I have rejoined and I'm looking for people to friend and motivate me!
I didn't go about losing weight the healthy way last time and this time around I want to take it slow and steady. I'm quite unfit and I'm terribly lazy so I definitely need encouragement to work out! I have to work out at home as I don't live near a gym, not that I could afford it anyway!
