Does anyone know if it makes a difference if you use a mens or womens HRM?? Reason I'm asking is I found a used Polar F6 for super cheap but it says womens pink. I don't mind showing off a little pink in my workout routine for the low price, just wanted to make sure it didn't matter when it comes to calorie burning and such?

The only thing that would matter would be if you couldn't choose your sex in the settings. I have a "woman" model (Polar that I have had for years) and I can set the sex. Probably just a band thing. I would say rock that pink band!
