Ok so I calculated my BMR and TDEE just now. Ive been eating an average of 1500 calories for the past 4 months and lost 36 pounds. I was told I should eat more cals to keep from going into starvation mode. The calculations says my BMR is 2086 caloriez and to maintain weight its 3300. Currently im eating 1800 calories or an average of 1600 a day. Should I increase my calories? Can someone look at my diary and state their opinion? Thanks.

If you calculated your maintaining calories right you're having an average deficit of 1,700 calories a day, which is WAY too high.
1 pound is 3,500 calories, which means you should create a daily deficit of 500 calories. I wouldn't recomment losing more than MAX 2 lbs per week, which would mean you need to have a deficit of 1000 calories a day.

So yes, you should up your calorie intake.

BTW, you should not eat unter your BMR anyways. Eating under your BMR means your not giving your body the energy it needs to function properly, so it'll try & get the needed energy elsewhere, for example muscle.

    your diary isnt open.

based on your calculations, you should be eating around 2600 cals per day to lose weight.

I guess I just have that mentality that if I eat 2600 calories ill end up gaining.
