Need Low-Cal Winter Dinner Ideas

Hi MFP Friends! Winter is coming up on us in the southern hemisphere. The nights are getting cooler and the meals warmer. I love to use my slowcooker in winter and enjoy a lot of casseroles and curries etc. What recipes do you recommend that are tasty and low-cal for hearty winter dinners? We are not very picky and have no food allergies. :-)

Check out EatingWell.com--it was their slow cooker issue that made me go out and buy my Crock Pot, and the recipes are all online.
