Struggling to find motivation this week I took a pic and then compared it to my drivers license (which is about at my highest weight I 402). I can see a little difference but I still have a long journey ahead of me. I'll post my "story" at the 100lb loss mark.

Starting weight: 402
Current weight: 331
Goal Weight: 201

I see quite a difference in your face. Perhaps you take some entire body pictures. It will help you really "see" the progress. On a different note, you're doing great! Don't let your motivation flag.

You're doing brilliantly - don't flag now. Look at what you've achieved - not what you've still to do. You'll get there, speaking from experience, the weight didn't go on overnight it won't come off the same. Take it wee steps at a time. Good luck.

Man- you ARE getting there! I can definitely see a difference in your face! I'm sure you feel much better too. Sometimes it's easier to think: I just have to make it through today...and say that every day. One day at a time, and you'll get there.

That is a massive loss and your face is so much smaller already. Keep going. Add me if you need any help.

A friend of mine once pointed out that the more weight we carry, the more tired we look because fat accumulates everywhere - even in our eye area. Since she said that I have really been noticing it in MFP posters' before & after pics. Check your pics. You look far more awake in your second picture because you don't have as much mass around your eyes. That's just one of several notable differences in your pics. So, congratulations on your hard work and "good morning!" You look great.

Thanks everyone. I do feel a lot better so far and even more now that I started exercising. I'll post better pics when I hit my first bug milestone goal of 100 lbs
